Duties
- Prepare and decorate pastries
- Food production processes including mixing, baking, and assembling various items.
- Ensure all food preparation complies with safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and mixers.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and adhere to food safety protocols throughout all stages of food handling.
- Support catering events by preparing specialty items and ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection and answering customer inquiries when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and uphold quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in baking.
