What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Preschool Instructional Assistant position at Hermosa Beach City School District?
The substitute preschool instructional aide will receive direction from and give assistance to the classroom teacher. The aide’s time will be spent directly with students as well as assisting teachers in an inclusive preschool setting. This position works on an as needed basis, up to 7 hours per day. The Hermosa Beach City School District is nestled in a beautiful beach city just 7 miles south of the LAX airport. HBCSD is currently comprised of three school sites, Hermosa View, Hermosa Vista, and Hermosa Valley School. We are a TK through 8th grade school district with a friendly staff, an involved parent community, and high expectations.
