Responsibilities:
- Develops a strategy in support of talent acquisition and builds relationships with business leadership and Human Resources Manager to align talent pipelines needs
- Post open positions, sources applicants, screens resumes, interviews, and evaluates candidates, and provides a short list to senior hiring managers that meet each role's requirements
- Writes job descriptions or review and edits job descriptions written by others
- Partners with the Human Resources Manager, and hiring managers to prepare competitive and fair offers for internal and external talent
- Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are consistently applied and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs and trade shows
- Arranges travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants
- Presents onboarding for new hires
- General administrative tasks to support other departments
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
- Periodic domestic travel is required
- Strong knowledge of technical recruiting and 3-5 years of experience, Manufacturing/Engineering preferred
- Understanding of applicant tracking systems
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge is mandatory
