- Lead banquet staff during setup, service, and breakdown of events
- Ensure all events are executed according to banquet event orders (BEOs)
- Supervise and assist servers and bartenders throughout service
- Maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism
- Coordinate with culinary and management teams to ensure timely service
- Monitor event timelines and address guest needs promptly
- Train and mentor banquet team members
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper presentation of banquet spaces
- Assist with room setups including tables, linens, d�cor, and service stations
