Membership Specialist

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Be the face of Hermiston Athletic Club by providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all members and guests.
- Collaborate with management to establish goals and help meet club objectives.
- Assist the Club Manager with social media by capturing photos and videos, creating engaging content, promoting club events, and helping maintain an active online presence.
- Actively promote HAC memberships, programs, events, clinics, and camps.
- Sell memberships and additional club services.
- Represent Hermiston Athletic Club within the community through outreach and local events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
- Serve as a positive representative of the Hermiston Athletic Club brand.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is required.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook; experience creating content is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with members, guests, and staff.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making skills.
- Highly resourceful team player who can also work independently.
- Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and suggest solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn detailed information about our products and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Windows-based computers.
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, confident, and personable.

- Starting pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule
This is a part-time position. Candidates should be available for:
- Evening shifts: 5:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Occasional daytime shifts as needed for coverage
Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the club.
