About the Role:
We are seeking a highly dependable and service-oriented CDL Chauffeur to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation services to our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, potential clients, and team members.
- Ensure a safe, pleasant, and efficient transportation experience for all passengers.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport passengers to and from various destinations in a timely manner.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and passengers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Motorcoach Bus Driver Benefits:
- Salary: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour including a base hourly rate and built-in Gratuities

- $75 Per Diem for overnight trips

Requirements
Top candidates for the Motorcoach Bus Driver position will:
- Be at least 25 years of age with two years of passenger transportation experience,
- Have an impeccable lifelong driving history,
- Pass a background screen and pre-employment drug test (including marijuana),
- Have excellent customer service and time management skills,
- Be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends,
- Adapt quickly to state-of-the-art apps and technology,
- Demonstrate the ability to drive safely under pressure and in adverse traffic/weather conditions,
- Be comfortable driving different types of vehicles including EVs, luxury sedans, SUVs, vans, Mini Coaches, Executive Coaches, and Motor Coaches.
- Demonstrate a commitment to discretion, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
- The ideal candidate will be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, including but not limited to: lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 70 pounds and sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
