Position Overview
HTUS is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer based in Idaho to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical service of advanced semiconductor equipment in the United States.
Selected candidates will participate in an approximately three-month training program in Taiwan. Upon successful completion of the training program, employees will return to the United States and assume independent field service responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission semiconductor wafer prober systems at customer sites
- Conduct equipment upgrades, relocations, and system transfers in accordance with customer and company requirements
- Perform equipment troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and system optimization to ensure maximum performance and uptime
- Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain operational stability
- Provide post-installation support, including preventive maintenance, routine service, and equipment repairs
- Support customers by addressing application-related technical issues and providing professional technical consultation
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Valid driver’s license
Work Authorization
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
