- Driven Sales Leader – Results-focused with a proven track record of identifying opportunities, generating leads, and exceeding sales targets.
- Project Execution Expert – Knowledgeable in landscape construction processes, managing proposals, and ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Industry Expertise – Stay on top of the latest commercial landscaping trends, materials, and best practices, offering cutting-edge solutions that align with client needs.
- Experience with Commercial Exterior Sub Work – Proven experience in selling commercial exterior subcontractor work, with the ability to bring in new business and manage key accounts.
- Plans & Specifications Expertise – Ability to read and understand complex plans and specifications, ensuring accurate project execution.
- Analytical Thinker – Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess and solve problems efficiently.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years of experience in business development or sales within commercial landscape construction or related industries.
- Knowledge of commercial landscaping, hardscaping, and site development processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to build and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
