We operate across commercial construction, landscape maintenance, snow & ice management, and residential design-build. What we need now is a Business Development Executive who can turn opportunity into long-term, recurring revenue.
The Role
This is a front-line business development role responsible for driving new revenue into the company. You will be responsible for building a pipeline, developing relationships, and closing commercial landscape maintenance contracts.
You’ll work directly with leadership and have real influence over how we grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development & Sales
- Prospect and build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and commercial real estate professionals
- Generate your own pipeline through outreach, networking, and strategic targeting
- Sell recurring landscape maintenance and service contracts
- Lead proposals, presentations, and closing conversations
Market Ownership
- Take ownership and build a book of business
- Develop long-term client relationships, not transactional deals
- Identify opportunities for expansion within existing and new accounts
Collaboration with Operations
- Work closely with operations to ensure what you sell is executed at a high level
- Help set expectations that lead to long-term retention
Who We’re Looking For
This role is best suited for someone who is wired to build. You might be:
- A top-performing sales rep who wants more control and upside
- A business developer in a service industry who is tired of corporate limitations
- Someone in landscaping, facilities, or construction who understands contract-based sales
Experience
- 4–10 years in B2B sales or business development
- Experience selling services (not just one-time projects)
- Proven ability to generate new business and build a pipeline
- Comfortable selling to decision-makers in commercial environments
