Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Snow Removal Technician to join our landscape maintenance team. This role is essential in ensuring safe and accessible properties during winter months by efficiently removing snow and ice from driveways, walkways, and parking lots. Duties
- Operate snow plowing equipment such as snow plows, blowers, and shovels to clear snow from designated areas
- Use hand tools and power tools for snow removal and ice management
- Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, tree trimming, gardening, and irrigation during off-season periods
- Apply salt or other de-icing materials to prevent ice formation on surfaces
- Conduct safety checks of work areas before and after snow removal activities
- Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale snow removal projects efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly after use
Requirements
- Prior experience with snow plowing, landscaping, or related outdoor maintenance preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of landscaping and construction equipment such as excavators, lawn care machinery, and irrigation systems is advantageous
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and hardscape installation or repair is desirable
- Knowledge of horticulture, tree care, and general landscape maintenance is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively in winter weather conditions
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in cold weather for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred for operating larger equipment or traveling between sites
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions accurately

Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $24.68 - $29.72 per hour
