Part-Time | Stipend Position
Hermann High School is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Color Guard Sponsor to lead and grow our high school color guard program!
This role includes leading rehearsals, teaching flag/rifle/sabre technique and choreography, collaborating with the Band Director, supervising performances and competitions, and helping build a positive, student-centered program.
We’re seeking someone with experience in color guard, marching arts, or related performing arts who enjoys working with secondary students and fostering teamwork, leadership, and school pride.
Rehearsals are typically after school with some evenings, weekends, and travel required during marching season.
