Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or combination of education and experience.
- 5 or more years of proven experience in transportation or logistics planning within the trucking, or freight industries.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch systems and transportation management software.
- Familiarity with commercial transportation operations and safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Certification in Transportation or Logistics (e.g., Certified Transportation Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional). Preferred
- Advanced proficiency with logistics management platforms and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of domestic freight regulations and customs procedures (Required); international (Preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a transportation or warehousing environment.
