Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required); 4 Year Degree (Preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, project management, account management, or another related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and computer skills.
- Experience in the transportation and warehousing industry and dispatching processes (Preferred).
- Experience with customer invoicing.
- Experienced with problem resolution and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely dispatch of products to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate with warehousing staff to manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of products.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Prepare and distribute brochures and promotional materials to enhance customer engagement and awareness.
- Utilize Microsoft Office products to create reports and manage customer data efficiently.
