Gasconade County R-1 School District is seeking applicants for an Elementary First Grade Teacher position beginning January 1, 2026.
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for student success and are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children. The successful candidate will be able to implement higher-order learning strategies, integrate technology effectively into classroom instruction, demonstrate strong communication skills, and foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the community.
Applicants should have a working knowledge of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and the Missouri Learning Standards. Hermann Elementary School serves approximately 250 students in grades Pre-K through 3 and has a long-standing tradition of academic excellence.
A bachelor’s degree and appropriate Missouri teaching certification are required.
