This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Lanham, MD. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring all projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing construction schedules, supervising subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with project specifications. The position requires regular communication with project stakeholders, coordination of resources, and the ability to solve on-site challenges effectively.
- Expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practices
