Responsibilities
- Conduct pest inspections and identify infestation issues in residential and commercial properties
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed
- Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and recommend suitable service plans
- Drive company vehicle safely to client locations and maintain a clean driving record
- Operate various hand tools, power tools efficiently and safely
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and customer interactions
- Promote additional services such as lawn care or landscaping to existing clients
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards during all operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, pest control is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pest management techniques and the use of hand tools, power tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively promote services and build client relationships
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate various hand tools and other equipment safely
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions and lift moderate loads as required
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving skills
