We are expanding its dedicated Target fleet and hiring Class A CDL drivers to haul retail products in dry van trailers. Enjoy no-touch freight, drop-and-hook operations, competitive annual earnings, and additional performance and retention bonuses.
Pay & Bonuses
- Average annual pay: $87,700–$94,500
- Top earner: Over $108,560 annually
- Weekly performance and safety bonus: $50
- Quarterly retention bonus: An additional $0.02 per mile, effective November 1, 2026
- Potential annual retention bonus: $2,000–$3,300
- Paid weekly with activity-based pay
Schedule & Home Time
- Current peak-season schedules: Thursday–Tuesday or Tuesday–Sunday
- Starting time: 10:00 a.m.
- Approximately 2–3 layovers per week, typically around 28 hours each
- After peak season, typically beginning in January, drivers will have two set days off

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- No SAP Drivers
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical card
