We are hiring Class A CDL drivers in Otsego, Minnesota, for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts account. Transport essential auto parts on overnight routes, earn competitive activity-based pay, and return home daily. Hazmat training assistance is available for qualified drivers ready to advance their careers.
Pay & Bonuses
- Average $84,000 per year
- $0.571 per mile plus $22.50 per stop
- $5,000 sign-on bonus, with the first payment after 30 days
- Paid weekly
Schedule & Home Time
- Home daily
- Five-day workweek with two consecutive days off
- Available schedules: Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, or Tuesday–Saturday
- Overnight dispatch times between 6 PM and 3 AM
- Average 40–60 hours per week
Routes & Freight
- Dedicated Advance Auto Parts account
- Mix of multi-stop deliveries and shuttle runs to Chicago and back
- Dry van trailers
- Driver unload required at each stop using a liftgate and electric pallet jack
Equipment
- New automatic-transmission Freightliner day cabs
Endorsement Requirement
- Hazmat endorsement required
- Ruan is willing to assist with hazmat training and obtaining the endorsement, provided the process is initiated upon hire
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- No SAP Drivers
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical card
- Able to work weekends
- Reliable and safety-focused
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
