Role Description
This is a full-time hands-on role for a Vice President of Sales Operations. The VP of Sales Operations will lead and manage sales strategy, operations, and performance for the company. Daily responsibilities include overseeing sales teams, analyzing sales data, developing and executing strategic plans, optimizing operational processes, aligning sales goals with financial objectives, and building strong relationships with clients. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.

- Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating sales data and identifying trends and opportunities
- Finance knowledge to align sales strategies with financial objectives
