Technical Skills Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined
- Experience reading CAD prints, tape measures and calipers for precise measurements
- Knowledge of tolerances and parts fit and function
- Overall strong technical abilities
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Mechanical background, with knowledge of hand tools
Personal Skill Requirements:
- Good communication skills to work with cross-functional team members
- Capable of handling multiple priorities
- Technically inquisitive
- Must be reliable and dependable, with a great work record
- Goal driven
- Must have 5 years of experience assembling equipment.
