Join our welcoming campground team for the 2026 season! We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Grill Master with food service experience to help operate our busy Grill & Bar Food Truck serving dinner (grilled sandwiches, fried foods, salads, and rotating specials). Ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Take/process orders using Square POS system
- Prepare basic drinks and food to standards
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness
- Restock and assist with opening/closing
- Support team during busy periods
Qualifications
- Food service and customer-facing experience needed
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, positive, and able to work independently
- Able to stand for long periods and lift 25–35 lbs
- Available weekends, and holidays
Schedule
- 18 hours, holidays required
- Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 4pm - 10pm (4-5pm is prep. 9-10 is cleanup)
- Guaranteed two consecutive days off weekly
- Additional hours are available at our Cafe, Monday & Tuesday - 10am -4pm, if interested. The food menu is the same.
