Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cook/Crew Member to join our F&B team. This role involves food preparation, cooking, customer service, and daily cleaning. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in preparing quality food and providing great service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to menu and recipes
- Ability in using a flat top grill and fryers
- Operate a cash register and accurately take customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the cooking area, and equipment daily
- Follow all Board of Health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines
- Duties to include food preparation, stocking and organizing food and supplies as needed
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Qualifications
- Previous cooking or food service experience preferred (food truck or fast-casual experience a plus)
- Ability to safely operate a flat top grill and deep fryers
- Basic cash handling and POS experience
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Ability to work afternoon and/or evening shifts
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 pounds
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
