Every rose begins with a single cutting.
Join the team at Antique Rose Emporium and help grow the own-root roses that will bring beauty to gardens across the country. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Seasonal Rose Propagation Team during our fall propagation season.
No previous propagation experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
Position Details
- Seasonal employment (Late September–Mid November)
- Approximately 4–8 weeks
- 20–40 hours per week
- Consistent weekday schedule required
- Choose one or both shifts:
- Morning: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Afternoon: 12:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Hourly pay based on experience
- Weekly Team Production Bonus Eligible

What You'll Do
- Prepare and trim rose cuttings
- Stick cuttings into propagation trays
- Help grow thousands of future rose plants
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Work with a supportive production team
