Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a team environment, and can deliver high-quality dishes under pressure. If you have a great attitude, solid cooking fundamentals, and a desire to grow, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with other cooks and front-of-house staff.
- Assist with prep work, maintaining cleanliness, and storing inventory
Qualifications
- 3 year of experience in a professional kitchen preferred
- Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
