ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, construct, and install custom cabinets according to project specifications and blueprints.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a perfect fit and seamless installation.
• Utilize a variety of carpentry tools and techniques to craft high-quality cabinetry.
• Collaborate with design teams and clients to achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain workspaces and tools to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Follow project timelines and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proven experience as a cabinet builder or similar role in carpentry, preferably within the custom home or residential construction industry.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled in the use of power tools and hand tools related to cabinet making.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Physical stamina and dexterity for handling materials and prolonged work on carpentry projects.
• Knowledge of different wood types, finishes, and hardware.
• Basic understanding of other construction trades to integrate cabinet work seamlessly with broader building projects.
• Must be able to pass a required background check
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and work in a drug free environment.
