Our firm is looking for an administrative assistant who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. A successful candidate will work in an office environment and collaborate with team members.
Position Overview:
Provides administrative support to deliver client service and maintain accurate client records. Complete processing for new client accounts, redemptions, beneficiary changes, and other necessary account maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities:
Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to clients:
- Provide client service to existing and new clients in support of an assigned Financial Advisor. Work to build customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through one on one communications by phone, in person and by e-mail.
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and /or e-mail
- Maintain the calendar/crm for scheduling client meetings
- Correspond with clients to complete new accounts, asset transfers, and other forms
- Handle routine matters for client accounts, including processing name and address changes, account applications and bank authorizations, answering client questions via telephone and email.
- Maintain client records and update contact history as appropriate
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Other Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to prioritize tasks within defined responsibilities and work independently.
- Proficiency with Social Media (LinkedIn, facebook, twitter, etc.)
