What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist (Part time Opportunity) position at Heritage Valley Senior Living Communities?
Location: Heritage Valley Senior Living, Heckel Road, Kennedy Township
Work Hours: Part-time (14 hours/week) Saturday/Sunday
The primary function of this position is to receive incoming inquiries to the facility, direct telephone calls and visitors to the appropriate parties. This position will be responsible for ensuring services are provided in accordance with all federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations which govern the facility, and, as directed by the Executive Director is responsible for representing the facility in a positive manner, utilizing good interpersonal communication skills.
Qualifications:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent with additional education, training, and/or course work in secretarial skills, computer operations, and interpersonal communication skills
