What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiology Tech ASC position at Heritage Valley Health System?
Work Location: HV Ambulatory Surgery Center, Center Township Medical Neighborhood 79 Wagner Road Suite 101 Monaca, PA
Work Hours: Monday-Friday daylight; 80 hours per week
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and according to established standards and surgery center policies and procedures provides prescribed radiographic C-Arm imaging and patient care services.
REQUIRED
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology and achieved ARRT certification in Radiology or ARRT Board Eligible, must attain Board Certification within 6 months of hire
- Maintain ARRT registration
- Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.
- BLS certification
PREFERRED
- Radiologic Technologist experience working in ambulatory surgery center
- Experience in use of C-arm radiology
