Duties:
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising SLP
- Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions for pediatric clients
- Deliver services in-clinic (Santa Ana & Irvine locations)
- Accurately document session notes and progress in EMR (SimplePractice)
- Track data and assist with progress reporting
- Collaborate with supervising SLP regarding client progress and adjustments
- Provide parent education and home program guidance as directed
- Maintain therapy materials and organized treatment spaces
- Support a positive, calm, child-friendly clinic environment
Skills:
- Experience working with children (early intervention preferred)
- Active California SLPA license (required)
- Strong background in speech therapy techniques
- Experience in treating speech and language disorders for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), and more
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese) strongly preferred
