About the Role:
A portfolio of skilled nursing facilities across Ohio is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional Director of Marketing. This position is responsible for driving census growth through strategic marketing, strong referral relationships, and community engagement. The ideal candidate thrives on building partnerships, generating referrals, and positioning facilities as preferred providers in their markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve and maintain census goals across assigned facilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and other referral sources.
Actively network with healthcare professionals, hospital leadership, and community partners to promote facility services and increase referrals.
Conduct frequent facility visits to support local marketing teams and admissions staff.
Identify new opportunities for market growth and outreach within assigned territories.
Collaborate with administrators and admissions teams to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion of leads.
Represent facilities professionally at community events, health fairs, and industry meetings.
Provide guidance, coaching, and accountability to facility-level marketing and admissions staff.
