Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing recreational and social activities for residents.
- Encourage resident participation in daily activities to promote engagement and socialization.
- Provide support during activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Collaborate with staff to assess resident needs and preferences for activity planning.
- Document participation and feedback from residents to improve future programming.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members.
Requirements
- Experience in senior care or related fields preferred.
