What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm, confident, and engaging presence that reflects the energy of the venue.
- Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists while maintaining smooth guest flow throughout the space.
- Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and leadership to ensure efficient service and table turnover.
- Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with questions about seating and the overall experience.
- Maintain an organized and polished host stand and entrance area at all times.
- Support the flow of guests during live music and peak hours to enhance the overall atmosphere.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed.
- Contribute to a team-focused environment that prioritizes exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.

- Previous host, restaurant, lounge, or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
