Lake House West is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead and oversee all operations of our Assisted Living and Independent Living community.
The Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring exceptional resident care, operational excellence, financial sustainability, and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate must have prior CCRC experience and hold a Florida Assisted Living License.
Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to ensure the community meets its mission, goals, and long-term sustainability. Develop and implement strategic plans that enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations.
- Ensure adherence of the organization’s daily activities and long-term plans to established policies and legal guidelines.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence throughout the community.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff at all levels.

- Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management when necessary
- Address resident concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resident experience.
Skills:
- Valid Florida Assisted Living License.
- Minimum of 2 years of senior leadership experience
- Comprehensive understanding of CCRC operations, regulations, and best practices.
- An analytical mind capable of “out-of-the-box” thinking to solve problems
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders
- Compassionate, resident-focused, and committed to enhancing quality of life.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Experience in developing strategies and plans
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
