As an Area Director of Operations in Los Angeles, CA. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the operations of multiple senior living communities within a designated region. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to community Executive Directors and their teams, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and services while maintaining regulatory compliance and financial stability.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Community Directors to provide support and guidance to each of their communities.
- Overseeing and providing support for all services at communities in your region including licensing issues, resident care, HR, accounting, dietary and customer service.
- Managing financial performance for your region.
- Ensure communities are in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain a strong focus on resident satisfaction and quality of care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of senior living leadership experience, with a proven track record of regional oversight.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for senior living communities.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
