Our skilled nursing facility in Cambridge, OH is located conveniently by I-77.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
Requirements:
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience in Net Health documnetation platform is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
