Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bakersfield, CA, for a CDL Driver with Hazmat and Moffett experience. The CDL Driver will be responsible for operating trucks to deliver products safely and on schedule, adhering to DOT regulations, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring trucks and equipment are maintained and in good condition. This position also involves providing excellent customer service while handling deliveries to maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license and experience in professional truck driving
- Proficiency in safely operating trucks and knowledge of DOT regulations
- Experience in loading, unloading, and handling materials, including Moffett operations
- Strong attention to safety practices and vehicle maintenance standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Hazmat endorsement is required
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous industry experience is a plus
