Responsibilities

• Director of Rehabilitation: Lead the rehabilitation department, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient independence and overall well-being.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.

• Recruit, supervise, and mentor rehabilitation staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Monitor and manage department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain expertise and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in rehabilitation leadership or a related field, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards of care.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
