Job Summary
We are looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead the HR department and help support the well being and growth of the entire organization which includes over 350 staff members and eight different schools. This full-time position is based out of the corporate office in Sacramento.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Any combination of education and formal training equivalent to: Master’s degree and five years of progressive Human Resource management experience in combined areas of employee relations, staffing and recruitment and management consultation. • Able to travel with reliable transportation to various locations to accomplish objectives of this role
