We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing individualized support as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support child welfare and development.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning experience through shared resources and strategies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in early intervention strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of curriculum development that incorporates math and other foundational skills for preschoolers.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and developmental growth.
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support for students as needed is a plus.
