- We have an amazing 20 person therapy team and amazing director of rehabilitation waiting to welcome you!
- Heritage Park is a 120 bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility. Located in Roy, Utah, we provide long term care, sub-acute rehab, skilled, and adult/geriatric outpatient therapy.
- $40.00 per hour is a starting wage for new grads but can be a higher wage for those with experience as a PT.

Licensed Physical Therapist
