We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Maintenance Team. This position must work with and around our senior population while following state and federal guidelines.
This is a full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and housekeeping employees
- Maintain facility repairs
- Work cooperatively with all service areas, staff, and residents
- Perform administrative requirements
- Organize schedules
- Drive and maintain facility van
Qualifications
- Must have verifiable experience in painting, floor care, small plumbing and electrical
- Be able to lead a team effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
