As a 120-bed acute psychiatric hospital, we provide comprehensive treatment services tailored to teens, adults, and senior adults. Our services encompass substance abuse and chemical dependency treatment, accepting Medicare and most commercial health insurance plans. We prioritize service excellence, ensuring each patient receives optimal care.
We're currently seeking a Psychiatrist to serve as a Medical Director and join the Inpatient/Outpatient team as an Independent Contractor.

- 120-bed Freestanding Behavioral Health Hospital: A well-established facility with a strong reputation.

- Lucrative Compensation: Enjoy potential income ranging from $350-450K .

- Responsibilities: Include medication management, admissions, follow-up visits, and treatment team meeting leadership.
- Medical Directorship Responsibilities: Supervision of other physicians and clinical staff, program development, medical staff and executive team committee and meeting participation, quality improvement activities, and other leadership duties as assigned by CEO.
- How you stand out: Experience as a medical director is not required, someone who has a few years of experience as a psychiatrist and is eager to be a leader is preferred. Requirements:
- Current California medical license in good standing or ability to obtain required licensure (MD or DO only).
- Successful completion of Psychiatry residency or fellowship training program.
- Current California DEA license.
