Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to process orders accurately and handle payments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, including spirits and wines, to make recommendations to guests.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience for guests.
