TITLE: Gardens Aglow Admissions Associate
DEPT: Visitor Experience
REPORTS TO: Director of Visitor Experience
HOURS: Part-time, Non-Exempt, availability up to 24 hours per week
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high quality customer service that exceeds expectations for event visitors and the general public while providing information services, processing admissions and membership transactions, and providing orientation information to HMG visitors. Adhere to HMG policies and procedures while facilitating a safe, positive, and engaging experience for museum visitors during the Gardens Aglow event.
