Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for organizing and maintaining all records related to accounts payable in an effective, efficient manner while ensuring that invoices are processed accurately. Responsibilities:
- Collect, match, and maintain all invoices and documents related to accounts payable.
- Manage company invoice entry
- Process check requests and manual check entry
- Assist the Finance Manager with vendor and resident management as it related to AP
- Assist the Finance Manager with weekly and monthly aging reports
- Process accounts payable check runs as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma required. Associates Degree preferred.
- Proficient use of computers, including but not limited to Word and Excel.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle stressful situations.
