Heritage Millworks Inc. is a growing custom millwork manufacturer located in Troutman, North Carolina. We specialize in:
- Custom millwork components for cabinet shops
- Cabinet doors, panels, face frames, and specialty millwork
- Custom wine rooms and wine racking systems
- Residential and commercial wine storage solutions
We are seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to help expand our customer base throughout North Carolina and the Southeast.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact cabinet shops, custom cabinet manufacturers, builders, architects, and interior designers
- Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads
- Develop relationships with decision-makers in the woodworking and design industries
- Promote our custom millwork capabilities and wine room solutions
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and project consultations
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up on opportunities
- Represent Heritage Millworks professionally and build long-term customer relationships
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, construction, or architectural products is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable with phone outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and in-person visits
