We are searching for talented Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our team at our Mt. Juliet North location.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical triage and assess patient symptoms based on protocols
- Provide patient education, care instructions, and medication teaching
- Administer vaccines, injections, and assist with procedures
- Document care accurately and completely in the EHR
- Communicate with patients through phone and patient portal
- Manage chronic disease follow-up and care plan coordination
- Collaborate with care teams on clinical initiatives and quality metrics
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Tennessee
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS may be required per specialty)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 1 year of experience, preferable in Pediatrics
- EPIC experience preferred

Working Conditions
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, day shift; 1 Saturday per month and 1 holiday per year
- Environment: Clinic-based with occasional exposure to medical equipment and procedures.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift at least 25lbs.
