Dietary Aide/Dishwasher (PRN)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dietary Aide/Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food preparation and ensuring the dietary needs of our residents are met. Duties:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Dietary Department
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure meals are prepared accurately
- Serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the Dietary Department to meet the dietary needs of residents
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation
- Strong time management skills to ensure meals are served on schedule
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and staff members
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate portion sizes and adherence to recipes
