What You’ll Do:
As a Lead Medication Aide (CMA) for Memory Support, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
- Working evening shifts in our Memory Support department on weekdays, every other weekend, and a holiday rotation.
- Providing compassionate, hands-on assistance with personal care and daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals.
- Leading your shift by guiding fellow associates, managing resident needs, completing reports, and serving as the point of contact for the on-call nurse.
- Administering medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and company policies, while maintaining precise records for each resident.
- Upholding the highest standards of care by ensuring all services are provided in line with Resident Service Agreements, company policies, and state regulations.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and your team members.
