What You’ll Do:
As our Director of Sales, you will lead all sales and marketing initiatives, directly impacting the lives of our residents and the success of our team by:
- Driving occupancy goals and maximizing community census through strategic marketing, prospecting, and referral partner development.
- Managing the entire sales process from inquiry to close, including organizing and conducting in-person/virtual tours and home visits to advance prospective residents' decisions.
- Planning, coordinating, and leading engaging events and activities to promote the community and generate new leads.
- Cultivating strong relationships with prospective residents and families, and collaborating with them to highlight our property, amenities, and services.
- Overseeing the resident move-in process, ensuring agreements are understood, and facilitating new resident orientations.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations, while setting high expectations for first impressions and community appearance.
